Boat tours

Tour 1: Half Day – Leave at 9 a.m. Visit historic Santiago. See its famous local artist studios and various artisan shops, then, experience the popular "Saint Maximon". Walk up to the town center, visit the church, rest for refreshments and return at 12p.m.

Tour 2: Full day – Leave at 9 a.m. Visit Santiago and its famous local artist and “Maximon”. Take a scenic boat ride around the bay and stop at “Playa Dorada” beach for a swim and picnic box lunch. Relax. Return at 2 p.m. (does not include box lunch)

Guided tours of Chichicastenango

Full day- Leave at 9 a.m. Scenic drive to “Chichi”. Experience the famous handicraft market, great opportunity to purchase beautiful local handicrafts. Visit the famous “Santo Tomas” church and have lunch at the “Hotel Mayan Inn”. After, visit the “ Pascual Abaj” mayan ritual center. Return at 4:00 p.m.

2. Tour of Chichicastenango is only offered on Thursday and Sunday
3. Cost is based on one to four people.
4. Box lunches are available upon request.

Personalized Spanish Classes

Learn Spanish “with a view” while relaxing in a spectacular and ideal setting! Atitlán Services offers personalized instruction in Basic Spanish Language. Classes are taught in the tranquillity and privacy of the your own hotel or can be taken at a house overlooking beautiful Lake Atitlán. Private classes fit your needs, interests and schedule, with a professional, experienced, bilingual instructor.
